Definitions

Client: Any individual or business entity using our services.
Goods: Items stored, handled, or transported by LOZY on behalf of the Client.
Facility: Any LOZY-operated warehouse or authorized partner location.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you accept this Agreement in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. LOZY reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice.

Services Offered

Secure warehousing for commercial and household goods
Inventory management and logistics solutions
Temperature-controlled storage (where available)
B2B & B2C storage for manufacturers, resellers, and businesses
Doorstep pickup and delivery

Client Responsibilities

Declare the exact nature of goods to be stored
Do not store prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items
Ensure payments are made on time
Maintain valid contact details and documentation

Payment Terms

Fees are charged monthly or as per custom agreement
Late payment penalty: 2% per month on outstanding dues
GST applicable as per Indian law
Payments via UPI, bank transfer, cheque, or online gateway

Insurance & Liability

LOZY recommends all clients insure their goods
LOZY is not liable for loss unless caused by negligence
Insurance can be arranged upon request

Access Policy

Access permitted during business hours or prior request
After-hours access may incur charges

Termination & Storage Default

Clients can terminate with 7-day written notice
Non-payment for 60 days may lead to auction/disposal
LOZY may terminate service on breach of terms

Prohibited Items

Arms, ammunition, explosives
Narcotics or contraband
Perishable food (unless cold storage)
Cash, jewelry, high-value collectibles without disclosure

Privacy Policy

Client data protected under IT Act 2000
We do not share your data without consent

Intellectual Property

All content is property of LOZY
No content may be copied without permission
Unauthorized use may result in legal action

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by laws of India
Jurisdiction: New Delhi Courts
LOZY not responsible for laws outside India

Force Majeure

LOZY shall not be liable for delays due to events beyond control including natural disasters, strikes, fire, war, or government restrictions.
